

A Bit About the Project
Smoked Costas started from a simple curiosity about smoke and flavour. Over time, that curiosity grew into something more — a focused craft built on attention to detail, respect for ingredients, and a genuine love for the process.
I work with meats and cheeses using natural ingredients and real smoke. For me, smoking isn’t just about adding flavour — it’s about bringing out the natural character of each product and adding depth without overpowering it.
Alongside traditional methods, I’m always open to experimenting and exploring new flavour combinations. It’s in that balance — between classic techniques and bold ideas — that products with real character are created.
At the core of everything are simple principles: time, temperature, smoke, and patience. This approach allows for consistent quality and products people genuinely enjoy coming back to.
